You still need to have the proper amount of monsters, spells and traps cards in your deck in order to have a deck that can be useful.
Kuaidul's deck is montly high level monsters with a few spells and traps cards so he needs to adjust his deck.

after the insanity of last ep idk what i was expecting of this
it was a fun duel though and we kind of moved plot forward
though was amusing Tremolo hired his harem because they looked like his 3 cards , idk what kind of coincidence is that but it is funny
also Zwijo is still best character also next ep looks fun lol

I'm glad that Manabu showed up (it was still in his own way but I think it's fine). His accepting the Sougetsu style should be his redemption. I hope they will give him proper justice in the future. "Sougetsu"s deserve that.
Besides that, I was afraid that this episode was going to be a filler but thankfully it was not. Even with the plot armor, it was still a good duel.
I am so damn sick and tired of them drawing all maximum pieces first turn. And they have the audacity to say “Phaser carefully constructed his deck to be able to play 2 maximum” when he just continues to draw them like nothing. Even with the effect he used it is just utter luck that he had all 3 pieces of the SAME maximum there
